Recently purchased the Kahrs Da Capo Ritorno Oak flooring from Hamilton’s flooring Norwich, Craig the store manager spent quite a few hours over a number of visits helping me and I can’t thank the team enough for their help and advise. I needed door thresholds and a trim which they stained to match the flooring, it turned out even better than I hoped and my flooring looks amazing. My fitter said the Kahrs flooring locking system was easy to install. The flooring itself has a rough texture which I feel gives it’s a really rustic look. I strongly recommend visiting Hamilton’s flooring if you want an excellent product with fantastic service.

Recently installed this floor and it looks stunning. It has lots of character and it's easy to install yourself. I am most impressed by the service we received with the flooring. Jaeger was amazing all throughout the process and there is nothing bad we can say about any of the service received. Would always recommend both the company and the floor to anyone.

What an outstanding company! Found them on the internet. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had telephoned in advance of our visit and spoke to Craig. He couldn't have done more to help - nothing was too much trouble. Once on-site, Craig gave us plenty of impartial information which enabled us to make our purchase; he then quickly arranged for us to collect our engineered flooring from the warehouse nearby. The warehouse staff were most polite and very efficient, loading up our vehicle with great care. Truly excellent service all round - a great company to deal with - highly recommended

After contacting at least 10 flooring suppliers, I could not find anyone who could help me source a particular board type that I have. Fortunately, Hamiltons was willing to take the time and had the knowledge to identify my flooring and supplied me with the correct boards within the week. Excellent service.

We'd chosen the Palazzo Cinnamon engineered wood flooring, a perfect choice which Jaeger advised me would complement our property so nicely, so much so my wife and I can't help but enjoy entering our property as it truly turned it into a welcoming home now, so we cannot think of recommending a more friendly, accommodating and professional company offering outstanding products, advice and quality workmanship,

Briony was extremely helpful in providing me with information on the amount of stock they had for Quickstep Palazzo Cinnamon Oak, as it was not available from other suppliers and Quickstep themselves informed me that they did not know when stock would be imported into the UK. The delivery was very fast and the delivery man extremely friendly and helpful. As a 70 year old lady, this excellent service was very much appreciated, and they deserve 5 stars.
