After installation this flooring looked beautiful, at the end knowing what I know now about this product I give it five stars, I am very satisfied with the end result, Hamiltons customer service have been very helpful, delivered on time.

Recently purchased the Kahrs Da Capo Ritorno Oak flooring from Hamilton’s flooring Norwich, Craig the store manager spent quite a few hours over a number of visits helping me and I can’t thank the team enough for their help and advise. I needed door thresholds and a trim which they stained to match the flooring, it turned out even better than I hoped and my flooring looks amazing. My fitter said the Kahrs flooring locking system was easy to install. The flooring itself has a rough texture which I feel gives it’s a really rustic look. I strongly recommend visiting Hamilton’s flooring if you want an excellent product with fantastic service.

What an outstanding company! I found them on the Internet. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had telephoned in advance of our visit and spoke to Craig. He couldn't have done more to help - nothing was too much trouble. Once on-site, Craig gave us plenty of impartial information, which enabled us to make our purchase; he then quickly arranged for us to collect our engineered flooring from the nearby warehouse. The warehouse staff were most polite and efficient, loading up our vehicle carefully. Truly excellent service all round - a great company to deal with - highly recommended

We were very impressed with the range of vinyl flooring on display. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and we chose a Swedish Vinyl floor by Kahrs. Our floor layers were very impressed with the quality, especially the backing, which adds strength to the floor. It has a warm feel, is highly durable, and was very reasonably priced for the quality. The delivery was on time, and the man was very helpful and polite. I am very impressed with all aspects of the service.

After contacting at least 10 flooring suppliers, I could not find anyone who could help me source a particular board type that I have. Fortunately, Hamiltons was willing to take the time and had the knowledge to identify my flooring and supplied me with the correct boards within the week. Excellent service.
