Returns Policy

Returns and cancellations.

Please note: The below is applicable to customers that have not visited our showroom or have had a Company representative visit them at another address.

We believe we offer products that are top quality and value for money but recognise that sometimes People for whatever reason just change their mind and want to return part or all of the order.

Our returns policy is that for stocked items you can cancel up to 14 days starting after the day of delivery for a full refund. You the customer are responsible for the returning the goods to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return the goods, you must return the goods in complete, unused and undamaged (as new) condition. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer. Please note: Special purchase orders, Bespoke items that are specifically made to order or items that have been altered pre-finished or stained a specific colour or cut to size are not refundable unless previously agreed in writing. Before you return the goods you must contact us by email to receive a returns confirmation this will be done by email.

We are willing to accept back flooring or accessories that we had in stock at the point of sale which are left over after installation within 30 days of delivery (Restrictions apply).To do this please contact customer services who will confirm this with you by email. A small restocking fee not exceeding 25% will be deducted from any monies due to be refunded. Please note: the original order will be recalculated at the relevant price for the quantity actually purchased after the returns have been deducted. As an example, if an item is £4.00 each or £10.00 for three and you buy three for £10.00 but return one item you will be refunded £2.00 as you only bought two items. Or you received free underlay or delivery due to the volume you were purchasing, but the return brings you below that level of volume.

Although we make every effort to ensure your goods are dispatched in perfect condition, if in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged then please contact Customer Services immediately to make arrangements to have the goods replaced.

For goods specifically ordered in at your request Hamiltons reserve the right where applicable to charge any handling charge and return carriage costs chargeable to us from our supplier.
